Standing in the bathroom,
Looking into the mirror,
I see a surface reflection;
An outside view of a physical body
A glimmer of the inside person,
Shining forth as an inner radiance,
That's briefly seen in sparkling eyes and glowing skin.
Does Jesus have a mirror,
Where he sees the radiant beauty,
Hidden deep inside each,
Variation of a human being?
The shining spirit being,
Hidden within the outside construction,
Unseen by my searching eyes,
Examining the surface reflection,
In the bathroom mirror.
