This morning I woke up with this poem inside my head. Weird huh? With barely a sip of coffee in me, I sat down at my laptop to get the words typed out before the poem faded back into obscurity inside my brain.
Then I drank a couple more cups of coffee and decided to pair the poem with this random photo that I took while waiting for my car pool buddy, Carrie almost two years ago. The interplay of light and shadow silhouetting the cars is why I took the picture.
Inside my brain light and shadow stand for life in the light and life in the dark, sin is black as night and Jesus is white as snow. I continued this theme with the black and white of the font. Life today is black and white with no gray, Bad Satan - Good God.
