I am going to miss being able to write for hours. Knowing that my time will soon be split between job and writing seems to have created a flood of creativity. I have written nine blog posts and eight poems in the last six days. I am going to savor this creative moment in time.
Organization and note taking are a must when I am working full time. A goal that I have set for myself is to write and schedule blog posts a week in advance. By scheduling posts to publish in advance, I am establishing an organized schedule that will enable me to deal with the occasional conflict. Conflicts are inevitable. Writing ideas for each blog are written as notes in a draft post. For food blogging, I must also make a list of ingredients to buy at the grocery story. I carry a small notepad in my purse at all times. Then, I can write ideas, poem fragments, and random thought down. No matter where I happen to be. ![]() August 1, 2014 Challenge Word – teach I started writing today for the daily haiku challenge.
